I chose Paul as my realtor for both the purchase and the sale of a property because of the analysis he did on my property in order to come up with the suggested listing price. The challenge was that the property had few comparables and I believe he met that challenge in a very logical fashion. On listing he was a tremendous help in staging the place and the job he did in the media presentation was fantastic.
On the purchase he did a great job of honing in on my requirements and indeed even helped develop them and was very patient in showing me multiple properties usually as soon as they hit the market finally the job he did in negotiating the price on my purchase was remarkable.

Buying your first home can be overwhelming, but luckily I had Paul Chou as my realtor. Paul was able to clearly lay out the steps for me on what I needed to do to purchase my condo. He was always available when I had a question or a concern, Paul would always respond to me quickly and give me a clear explanation of the situation that would put my mind at ease.

When Paul and I began looking at condo’s there would be times when I instantly would look at places through rose coloured lenses and miss potential red flags, Paul would sometimes have to reel me in and tell me about specific things I should be looking for while looking for a new home. Paul was able to get a better price on the condo I would eventually call my first home.

"We move from Manitoba to Calgary and we don't know any realtor. We just did a random search online and we came across with Paul. Coming from an immigrant family we know how hospitality and great customer service plays a big role in every situation and he surpassed every aspect of it.
